Now with this outline in hand, we work directly with you to develop your script on paper. Once it meets with your approval, the copy is sent to our studios where it is professionally voiced, then mixed with the appropriate music.

Updates are the key
One of the important points is with Music on Hold is the updates, by changing the message and keeping it fresh, by keeping your clients interested and always have something new to say your messaging wont go go stale.
We can remote download your productions directly from our studios to your location/s via the internet or phone or we can provide updates in a variety of other formats, including cassette, compact disc, or as an data file via e-mail.
Message Hardware
We have a range of hardware and software message players, that will interface with almost every type of phone system. Depending on your phone system a Line Isolation Unit or interface card maybe required for some older pabx style systems. We have Austel accredited technicians that can advise you on the best options
- Hardware message players, Ultra-reliable, self starting, low voltage and compact.
- Software message players, The most flexible and easiest to update, with the software normally loaded on to one of your existing servers.
